At a time when mental health and homelessness were often ignored, Elloeen raised her voice with courage and compassion. She saw potential where others saw problems, and helped build organizations like Restoration Society and the Friendship Foundation to serve as beacons of hope and healing.
Elloeen walked beside the most vulnerable, not just offering help—but dignity. As an Worker's compensation Administrative Judge, a unifier of faith communities, and a mentor to young leaders, her impact stretched far and wide.
Her life proved that one person’s dream can create lasting change. Today, through the work of the Friendship Foundation, Elloeen’s legacy lives on—lighting the way for those still searching for home, healing, and belonging.

Our Impact
The Friendship Foundation is dedicated to empowering individuals facing homelessness, mental illness, drug and alcohol addiction challenges in Western New York. Through our partnership with Restoration Society, Inc., we help provide critical resources, from rehabilitation services and job training to housing assistance and mental health support.
By fostering a sense of community and advocating for those in need, we strive to create pathways to stability, independence, and renewed purpose. Through fundraising efforts and outreach initiatives, we bring hope and tangible support to individuals working toward a better future—because everyone deserves the opportunity to rebuild and thrive.
