Empowerment Academy

A community-based rehabilitation center that helps individuals develop essential life and job skills to reintegrate into society.

 

Services include:
• Job Readiness & Supported Employment – One-on-one job coaching, interview preparation, and workplace orientation

• Financial Literacy – Assistance with opening bank accounts and managing finances
• Parenting & Family Support – Guidance on navigating family court and legal responsibilities
• Education & Training – GED programs, continuing education, and skill-building workshops
• Social Reintegration – Support groups and activities that help individuals connect with their communities

Employment Support & Job Placement

For many, re-entering the workforce is a major milestone in their recovery journey.

Restoration Society provides:

• One-on-One Job Coaching – Helping individuals navigate the job search process to find a job that works for them
•  On-Site Workplace Support – Specialists work directly with individuals at their new job to ensure success

•  Interview & Resume Assistance – Helping individuals build confidence and secure employment

Housing Assistance & Homeless Outreach

Lack of stable housing is one of the biggest challenges individuals with mental health conditions face. Restoration Society’s housing programs include:


• Bridge & Emergency Housing – Rapid response to get individuals off the streets and into safe housing
• Long-Term Housing Assistance – Support in finding permanent housing solutions
• Comprehensive Case Management – Access to benefits advisement, employment support, and mental health services

Harbor House
Resource Center

A nighttime drop-in shelter that provides a safe space for individuals experiencing homelessness. Services include:


• Basic Needs Support – Showers, laundry facilities, clothing, and meals
• Medical & Mental Health Care – Access to psychiatric care, substance abuse treatment, and primary healthcare
• Case Management & Housing Navigation – Helping individuals transition from homelessness to stability
